Shiva works in a company and is in love with the owner's daughter. His boss is a corrupt man who eventually traps and blames Shiva for all the frauds carried out by him and his crooked friends.

Hilarity ensues when Balakrishna and his lover, Radha, end up lying to his employer, Narashimham, who is a man who hates the idea of marriage.

The story revolves around a haunted farmhouse Mantra Nilayam, which is owned by Mantra (Charmi). She tries to sell the house but due to mysterious deaths at the house, nobody comes forward to buy it. A professor, however, agrees to buy the property on the condition that someone stay in the house for three months. Hero (Sivaji), a goon who looks after land settlements, is ready to stay in the house for the commission promised once the house is sold. The remainder of the film involves how Hero solves the mystery behind the deaths.

Vijay, a factory worker, exposes the misdeeds of Satyam but as revenge, the latter gets his brother, Chinna, married to Latha, Vijay's lover. Later, Chinna gets killed and Vijay is arrested for it.

While Sanju falls in love with Tanvi, his friends help him as he tries to impress her. As the two grow fonder of each other, their reservations cause problems for their relationship.
