A story about an early marital crisis caused by unfulfilled expectations and lack of communication. Janek and Marzena face their innermost demons under the watchful eye of an unconventional therapist whose therapy plan gets out of control. Reality seems to blur, and suppressed complaints and insinuations start to turn against the characters.

Soyer is a young boy who despises consumption, conformity and everything related to mass culture. Some people think he's crazy, some think he's an idiot, and some think he's... a savior. After his mother is hospitalized, all responsibility for Soyer falls on his beautiful sister Gretel. One day the siblings go on a trip to the mountains. They are accompanied by Gretel's husband - an ambitious bank employee named Janek. Soyer tries to infect the travel companions with his world view. He intends to do it even against their will. All tricks are allowed. An innocent ride turns into an exciting expedition that will change all its participants irrevocably.

Magda is raising her one-year-old daughter, Hania, with the help of her roommate, Daniel. When a disagreement arises between the friends, Magda returns to her hometown, where her parents try to set her up with her high school sweetheart, Andrzej. Despite their differences, there's still a connection between the young people, but they now represent completely different lifestyles. Magda faces a choice: to give Andrzej a chance and provide stability for Hania, or to take the more challenging path and teach her daughter the importance of honesty with oneself.
