The inaugural episode of what was to become one of the most popular series from Teresa Orlowski. The Foxy Lady series was the flagship series for VTO - the video production company started by Orlowski and then husband Hans Moser. VTO would go on to become one of the largest and most successful adult video companies in the world during the late 80s and early 90s. Orlowski would become a household name and is known as "The Porn Queen of Germany." This movie ties in with the experiences of legendary Josefine (Janine) Mutzenbacher...how she really was...part 1 and 2. As Josefine (Janine) has to go into jail, because she directed a luxurious brothel, she gets to know the young "playboy" Poldi, who fights for Josefine´s deliverance. As she is being released from jail, the "Mutzenbacher" goes back to her business and so she seduces anybody, who comes between her labia. At an excessive binge in the Russian embassy she gets to know the young Count Wanja, and she falls in love with him. Once again a movie, which will wows you again.

Josefine, who got to know the young aristocratic Wanja, experiences a tenderly lovenight. But the young romance ends up in tragedy and Wanja gets hurt deadly. As Josefine is in search of her pimp Poldi, she has an encounter with the rich banker Blumenschein, who puts her up into his house. Blumenschein is so damn thrilled about Josefine, that he let her be painted on canvas. As she gets to know the unexperienced Ferdinand, she can't resist to seduce him. This extra-marital affair has consequences, and so she offers the banker, that he will become a father. Some months later, the banker proudly advertises the birth of his daughter "Josefine".
