Peter Chan Charm-man, born 24 October 1982 is a Hong Kong actor best known for his debut role in the drama film Three Husbands (2018), which earned him nominations for Best New Performer in the 38th Hong Kong Film Awards and Best Newcomer in the 13th Asian Film Awards. In 2023, he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in the 41st Hong Kong Film Awards with his performance in the drama film Table for Six (2022).

Single father Tsui meets university student Gigi who works at an old-fashioned barber shop that Tsui frequents. They bond immediately and begin a profound exchange. The fleeting friendship is a pleasant surprise during times of vulnerability, but does not help to overcome their individual challenges and demons. Everyphone Everywhere’s cross-cutting narrative brings together a large set of players within the mobile-communications theme. First there’s designer Chung Chit (Endy Chow), who rushes to catch a ferry and leaves his phone at home. And all the time a young lady, Yanki (Amy Tang), and a nerdy computer wiz (Henick Chou) are busy using messaging apps for sleazy purposes.

Bill Wong was a professional debt collector until he met the lovable Lok Hui, one of his debtors. Instead of doing what he usually does best, he decides to help Lok through her tough situations.
