Peter John Bellotte (born 28 August 1943) is an English lyricist, record producer, and author. He is known for his collaborations with Donna Summer and Giorgio Moroder.

After getting a green card in exchange for assassinating a Cuban government official, Tony Montana stakes a claim on the drug trade in Miami.
