Vanya, a young scientist, has spent all his life in a satellite town next to one of the biggest nuclear stations. Just like his parents, Vanya works at the nuclear station, but only because his girlfriend, Tanya, also works in the facility. When the ambitious Tanya decides to end their relationship, Vanya must find his resolve and steer himself to true love.
The sad ride of driver Zarezin and Circus Girl, Bonnie, to deliver a sick circus elephant, Bodhi, to be euthanized, becomes a wondrous journey full of unexpected twists and joyous encounters that changes all three characters, human and elephant, forever.
Inspired by a 1975 American touring production of Thornton Wilder’s “Our Town” he visited as a young man, Dmitry Krymov’s “Everyone is Here” is a memory piece, a starting point for a flight of imagination and immersion into his own past. Wilder’s “Our Town” is superimposed on the personal memories of Krymov, his biography and events from his family life. The structure of the play gives rise to an interweaving of events, memories, reminiscences, fantasies, associations, dreams - a carefully planned, as if random confusion, which in the finale leads the viewer to a keen awareness of their own life.
Sasha is a young and daring hockey player. After he was kicked out of the team, he and his mother, a doctor, move to another city. Here he and his mother will have to not only become part of their new team, but also build a personal life and find mutual understanding.
