The film centers around the lives of three men - three generations of a family which are all entangled in the effects of gambling addiction.

When undercover FBI agent Kevin Hawkins agrees to infiltrate the ruthless underground world of choppers, he is quickly thrown into a world of fast cars and high stakes.
