Donat Patrick Kack-Brice (born April 23, 1983) is an American filmmaker and actor. He is best known for directing the films Creep (2014), The Overnight (2015), Creep 2 (2017), Corporate Animals (2019) and There's Someone Inside Your House (2021).
After a year of heartbreak and loneliness, Erin and Cal have forgotten enough of each other's flaws to get back together. They take what they hope will be a romantic camping trip in Sequoia National Park. Alone in the majestic landscape, they begin to revisit their past relationship. However, as the day goes on, she discovers she may have dug herself into a hole from which she can’t escape.

But when she inherits the old family home after her father’s death, she starts to question if there’s more to the house than she believed.
