Don Reynaldo is a renowned hunter in decline. When the threat of losing his heritage and his father's legacy appears, the dynamics with his family, his workers and the land will be dangerously disrupted.

In the late 80s Mexico, a family made up of seven women from different generations and ideologies fights to save the house in which they live and which they are about to lose due to an outstanding debt. We see the story through the eyes of the youngest, Roberta (8), as she embarks on a journey of self-discovery, which impacts the rest of the family.

Santiago, reluctant owner of a rifle, is approached by Don Ceballo for help in getting rid of a problematic dog. Meanwhile, their tragedy-stricken village witnesses the Spirit of late beloved singer-songwriter Juan Gabriel.

Displaced by the violence that swept their town, Paloma and Lobo survive trying to love each other. Through thirst, fear and nostalgia, Paloma wishes to go back home but Lobo lives tied to a memory that stops him from returning.

As Tania leaves her hometown, she must confront what her absence will mean in the search for her disappeared father.
