The city of Nezahualcoyotl in Mexico has gone from being a desert moor with zero inhabitants in 1950 to being the city with the largest demographic explosion in Latin America in 2018. Their people self-management of getting education and culture contrasts with a violent city that lives in the state with the highest rate of feminicides in the world.

In the eighties, different gangs arose in the suburban and marginal areas of Mexico City. This is a documentary about some of those gangs and the people who filmed them.
