After the fight, Kawatani runs up a tab at the bar of his close friend Mikami Tetsuya (Eiichi Furui), head of the Mikami-gumi under Kyowakai’s Ueda-gumi, behaving with his usual arrogance. Disgusted by Kawatani’s conduct, Omiya Kazuya (Kazuyoshi Ozawa), the wakagashira of the Mikami-gumi, uncovers illegal prostitution rings and drug dealing operating without permission inside Mikami-gumi territory. Behind it all is the Nakamura-gumi. Teaming up with a Chinese syndicate led by Shi Qian (Wataru Takasugi), they begin plotting an all-out war against Kyowakai.
