Directed mainly for kids, the film speaks of a Havana that reveals two distinct faces, from the everyday life of a couple of kids.

From his stretchter and through his imaginary pen, Nelsito reveals the dark and hidden side of all those around him: perverse children, murderous women, adorable swindling girls... An unclaimed fortune, grown for centuries in a British bank account, becomes a potential windfall for Bernadito Castiñeiras and the residents of the tiny village of Yaragüey, Cuba. To receive his massive inheritance check, Bernadito must prove his lineage to the Castiñeiras nuns who first populated the region. In an isolated and impoverished town where many residents share the same surname, a feud breaks out between the "Castiñeiras" and "Castiñeyras" families.

Rodrigo, a famous European artist, comes to Cuba to create a collage using photos of one hundred Cuban artists. Wanting the photos to reflect the anguish inherent in the creative process, he can think of nothing better than hiring the worker Nicanor O’Donnell to punch the one hundred artists in the face for a fee of five euros per head. Knowing that the collage will be exhibited all over the world, the artists line up to be beaten. Nicanor, who at first believes he has stumbled upon the deal of his life, is dismayed to discover that he must hit elderly people, women, artists he admires…
