Raised in Warsaw's Praga, Mirka graduated from the prestigious faculty of law. It would seem that her profession would even be detracted from the honor of a family with cunning roots. The girl's grandfather and father pride themselves on stays in numerous prisons. However, Mirka's legal knowledge can be very useful in the fight to save the old tenement house. As a result of a suspicious transaction, the tenement house where Mirka has been living since childhood is to be demolished. All the leads lead to the law firm "Łopian i Pokrzywa", which is just looking for a new lawyer - a man. In order to help the inhabitants of the family tenement house, Mirka must engage in a daring hoax. She is helped by her uncle Bogumił, a makeup artist and a representative of a sexual minority. Thanks to him, a beautiful girl will turn into a handsome young man and hire him in a suspicious office.

Two friends recall the PRL. After serving time in jail, they took up an illegal currency exchange. Cheated by partner - they decide to take revenge. Preparations take many months, but the action ends differently than it was planned.

The post-state farm village of Piaski in Pomerania. A deputy minister shows up in the village. He is interested in finding a bust of Lenin, in which the now deceased former secretary of the Polish United Workers' Party smuggled a diamond of enormous value, the "Eye of Siberia." The confidential conversation between the deputy minister and the village head accidentally overhears the unemployed Stanislaw Michalek. He informs his friends about the case. The three men decide to find the secretary's treasure. The problem is that the secretary had a collection of busts of Lenin, which are now strewn all over the village.

As Poland is placed under martial law in 1981, two confidence tricksters try to evade both the police and the army. They become embroiled in a web of schemes engineered by the secret service, fellow criminals and the democratic resistance.

Dear Ones is an allegorical story about people who need to make real contact with their family and friends. Piotr is looking for a purpose and order in his life. To find it, he turns to magic, religion, and psychology. Unexpectedly, his father calls him and asks Piotr to come to his family home immediately. Piotr arrives at the same time with his sister, Marta, whom he hardly remembers and does not recognize. The father called for Piotr and Marta because their Mother went missing. Family members who meet for the first time after many years begin to search together. The facts they discover about their mother make them re-define what kind of family they are.

Jerzy and Artur’s father dies, leaving behind a valuable stamp collection, which, they discover, is coveted by dealers of varying degrees of shadiness. The more involved the brothers get in their father’s world, the more dire and comical their situation becomes.
