A high school girl living in Aomori Prefecture who loves subcultures struggles to choose between the path of being the successor of "Itako" and the path of living in Tokyo, which she longs for. Then, she develops a friendship with the spirit of the fox who possessed her by chance, and while getting involved in her surroundings, she overcomes various difficulties and grows as a slapstick coming-of-age comedy.

Sakamichi Onoda is a high school student. He is an otaku, who loves animation and he is also a loner. Although he isn't good in sports, he decides to enroll in the bicycle racing club. Unexpectedly, he finds that he has a talent for bicycle racing. For the first time, he has a friend. Sakamichi Onoda exceeds his limits and finds pleasure in the sport of bicycle racing.
