A surreal chamber piece blending classical Italian cinema with gothic flair. Inspired by Balkan folktales of hidden doors, the film weaves stream-of-consciousness dialogue with symbolist imagery. Costumes, handmade by the artist and stitched with her oil paintings, wrap layered identities like Matryoshka dolls in a dreamlike theatre of the self.
