The film tells the story of a faithful wife, Arlisa (Nora Danish), whose blissful life is shattered when her husband Johan (Adi Putra) is involved in a car accident. Due to the accident, he is diagnosed with Selective Amnesia, which complicates and challenges his relationship with Arlisa. Not wanting to give up on her husband and their love, Arlisa is determined to care for Johan although he does not remember her at all, hoping to remind him of the bond they once shared.

It was love at first sight when Johari, a Casanova and former “Mat Rempit”, meets Zizie, a hijabster known for her cold attitude towards men. In pursuit to woo Zizie, Johari puts on a hijab and pretend to be his own “younger sister”, Johanna, with the intention to get close to her. In a series of unfortunate turn of events, not only did Johari attract Zizie’s attention, he pretty much attracted her whole family! As a man he attracted Zizie's sexually-confused brother and lonely mother, while his demure "feminine" side attracted her cheeky father.

Nurul is a 22-year-old orphan who lives with her mom Ainon and step-siblings Farah and Zamil, but the trio treat her like their maid instead. Meanwhile, Zamil is taken with Nurul's beauty and is only waiting for the right time to make his move. Salman is the wealthy playboy son of Datuk Mohktar, a well-known corporate bureaucrat. One day, Zamil confesses his feelings to Nurul, but when she rejects them, he tries to rape her. Nurul manages to escape and hides herself in Salman's room, but when she is found out, the villagers give the two a choice: either get charged in the Syariah court or get married and leave the village. In order to protect his reputation, Salman agrees to the latter option, but Nurul soon realises that Salman also treats her like his maid.

Jebat (Sharnaaz Ahmad) is a former gangster leader who migrated and wants to start a new life as a fish farmer. Hannah Mastura (Nelydia Senrose) is a beautiful, smart and rich girl who keeps her feelings for Jebat after seeing the man's calm, diligent and kind heart.
