Narumi Natsuaki (夏秋 成美, Natsuaki Narumi, August 16, 1975) is a Japanese actress. Her former stage name is Kayoko Natsuaki (夏秋 佳代子, Natsuaki Kayoko). Her blood type is A. She was born in Kubota, Saga Disctrict (now Saga City). She graduated from Kubota Municipal Shisai Junior High School and Saga Prefectural Saga Kita High School. After being enrolled in Bungakuza Training School for 3 years, she later was affiliated with By The Way and Tender Pro, and is currently a freelancer. She also teaches dialects in movies and dramas.

The drama is based on a true story of Yamaguchi Hayato (25), a young man who learns he has a rare illness known as CIDP, which affects the nervous system. He begins to lose the functioning of his limbs, but he is determined to fight the illness with the support of his wife and his 2-year-old daughter, Myu-chan.

Two brothers are born into a kiln-owning family in Arita Town, Saga Prefecture. Though they both honed their craft, it was the younger brother, not the elder who inherited the family kiln. Their father, a skilled overglaze painter, lived selfishly and paid no attention to his family. Will these three estranged men ever reconnect? The traditional kiln now faces a crisis. Amid this, a mother and daughter, victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake arrive at their doorstep. Through Arita-yaki (Arita porcelain), emotional connections, conflicts, and reflections arise, eventually leading to new realizations.
