Adia Chan Chung-Ling was born to Chinese Ethnic Indonesian parents. Chan's parents are Indonesian Chinese and her family moved to Hong Kong when she was three years old. She hosted many children's show and sang many children's songs which gained her much popularity within the younger generation. Chan stars in films as well as Hong Kong/Singaporean/mainland-Chinese television serials although she is most well-known for many of her roles in the TVB series. She has also performed alongside Jacky Cheung Hok-Yau in the musical Snow Wolf Lake, the Mandarin and Cantonese version. Chan is now settled in Beijing after marriage to Chinese actor Zhang Duo.


Interpol officer Dickson Kwan is sent to Hong Kong to investigate in a fake passport forgery case and collaborates with officer Pau Sei and Lau Ting Kin. Due to different approaches on investigating, Dickson and Sei often get into conflicts. Later during an arrest operation, Dickson saves Sei's life and they forget about their bygones. Sei has a daughter Eva, who opposes his father to be a cop. Dickson falls in love with Eva and pursues her, however she does not like Dickson's dangerous profession and although she has feelings for him, she still rejects him.

Through much blood, sweat and tears, a young man rises to the top of Shanghai's secret society, but his moment of glory is brief compared to what he has endured.

Four reporters from a tabloid magazine stalks a model for their gossip column. The model, having breaking up with her rich boyfriend, later commits suicide to escape all the pressure. The reporters relentlessly post the photos of suicide aftermath in their tabloid magazines. Years later, the reporters begin to fester and die violent deaths, and an inspector is assigned to track down the perpetrator. In addition, the inspector claims he has seen the model at the crime scenes, even if it has since been four years after her death!

A film crew travels to the Hong Kong countryside to make an 'MTV' show. During their stay at the village, the crew hears eerie and horrific voices during the night and witnesses a phantom roaming around the premises. In addition, some feel that their feet were being tickled while in the water performing. The villagers attest that their territory is not haunted, but an old villager, familiar with the village's past, sheds light into the mystery.

Bud Pitt and his girlfriend Moon leave the city and move to the countryside to start a new chapter in their lives. At the village, they meet their new, cheery neighbor Olive. However, Bud is suspicious of Olive when she roams the streets at night, seemingly developing a multiple and mystifying personality. In addition, Pitt and Moon is uncomfortable with the eerie atmosphere of the village. As a result, Pitt pins his hope on his mother, who has expertise in the supernatural.

A retired cop trains four assassins to do the jobs of cops, whom he sees as unable to do the right things. He sends his four students to assassinate drug dealers. Obviously, that creates some problems as they kill good and bad people.

So's family lives in financial despair. They always argue about money. One day So Kam Po accidentally picked up a briefcase which has $10 million inside. According to the law, Kam Po owns that 10 million if no one claims it in 6 months. Kam Po wants to pull his family together, so he buys a cafe from his brother Hoi. For the next six months, the family's relationships improve as they all chip in to run the cafe together. Time flies when you're having fun--and when there's a $10 million pot of gold at the end of your rainbow. Will So's pot of gold be there waiting for him once his waiting period is over?
