Ali is an artist, a poet, and a sailor who loves life, with a gypsy demeanor. He carries his lover Layali on the wings of his madness. They live moments of pleasure that combine all the rituals of love, and they decide to get married. But one of Ali's friends puts a sleeping pill in her and rapes her. She punishes herself by working as a dancer in a modest nightclub.

The film revolves in the context of romantic comedy and action through the character of a police officer under covered as student in a university and befriends key students to uncover a drug distribution network within the university.
