Documentary about famous Croatian comedy sketch group's 20th anniversary. Gitak TV is a comedy group, known for its humorous sketches. It was founded by Mate Peruzovic, Marijo Grabovac, Bernard Peric, Matija Cizmic and Ivan Rozic.

Through both personal and political conflicts, the film tells the story of emperor Diocletian's rise to power and his complicated place in ancient Rome's court politics.
