In Kobe, Kawatani Yuichi (Hitoshi Ozawa), head of the Kawatani-gumi under the Yamazaki-gumi of Kyowakai, once again sparks a brawl in the downtown area with Takei (Kentaro Shimazu) of the rival Nakamura-gumi. After the fight, Kawatani runs up a tab at the bar of his close friend Mikami Tetsuya (Eiichi Furui), head of the Mikami-gumi under Kyowakai’s Ueda-gumi, behaving with his usual arrogance.
