António is a farmer who leaves his land to go to the city where his son Jorge lives. However, unlike a perfect portrait, the patriarch finds a life of lies, a broken marriage and Pedro, a grandson with dangerous attitudes. It all translates into a life of broken dreams.

At the end of the 80’s, Artur, a young homossexual, along with his 4 friends from the LGBTQ+ community, frequents Cliché, a space that hosts parties, events and community meetings. At Cliché, Artur can show his original creations, using the most eccentric androgynous dresses and pieces. Consumed by a revolt derived from a memory, Artur decides to take an action that will change the future of Cliché.

In 1974, after years of civil war, the Portuguese and their descendants fled the colony of Angola where groups working for independence gradually claim their territory back. A tribal girl discovers love and death when her path crosses that of a young Portuguese soldier. Meanwhile, another group of Portuguese soldiers is barracked inside an infinite wall from which they will have to escape once the past comes out of the grave to claim its long-awaited justice.

After a lifetime apart, two childhood friends reunite, now widowed and elderly, in the village where they grew up. As they try to resolve past disagreements, they deal with their families' decision to place them in a nursing home. Knowing that they are nearing the end of their lives, the two friends strive to fulfill their old promise to stay together forever.

1970 something. As the end of an era of repression approaches, a bourgeois family still in its bubble of power spends its vacation in a country house. The teenage cousins spend their days in indolence, interrupted by fits of hysteria. It will only take the introduction of an outside element for violence to erupt.

It’s summer, a boy and his friends go to the river. On the ride there, a story is told about a man and his pet snake that tried to eat him. The boy falls from a tree trunk and gets hurt. The film tells us how university vacations changed our protagonist's life. The vacations took him home, as they did every year, but that year he was overcome by the vertigo of passion, culminating in a marriage proposal. Everything turns out to be ephemeral, misleading, where the betrayal of his closest friend may, after all, stem solely from his characteristic recklessness. But the reasons don't matter, what matters are the actions and their interpretation by each of the characters, which lead to the supreme act of love... and revenge.

In the 60s, Fernando, a young Portuguese soldier is imprisoned in Goa following the invasion by Indian troops. With no correspondence from his family or girlfriend, he begins to lose his connection to both and to his past, while bonding with the Indian people. While imprisoned, he establishes a routine by doing something he enjoys - cutting hair and trimming the beards of Indian officers, with whom he forms friendships. When he finally receives news that the Portuguese are returning home, Fernando has already decided to stay.
