Dr. Jack Hammond has best chances to become medical superintendent in the clinic. So he's completely absorbed in his work and has no understanding for his teenage son Chris' problems with school. By accident one of them drinks a brain-exchanging serum, and it switches their identities. This leads of course to extraordinary complications in school and at work, but also to insight in the problems and feelings of each other.

Jim and Brad make their annual hunting trip to the desert, but this year everything is different: Their third partner, Paul, has died in an accident and they've taken his nephew, Ray, along in his place. When they arrive, though, there's not a single animal to be found, only a grizzled old-timer who joins them. The focus is on the flight attendant, Uli Derickson, whose courage and hope helped save all but one of the passengers on the plane. The movie chronicles the first 2 days and the aftermath.

And the principal also tells one of his teachers to let, one of the students Maslanski who's the school football star, pass the test he failed so that he can concentrate on driver's ed. But the teacher, seeing this as an opportunity to expose the principal as not doing his job and thus paving the way for him to be the new principal, makes Maslanski take a make up test

He also decides to try out for football, and makes the team. He becomes a phenom. But all of this causes friction between him and his son, and also trouble between him and his wife, who wants him to quit the team. But he chooses to stay with it.
