Katman is the story of the archaeological dig that has been conducted at the Gre Amer dig in the village of Işıkveren in Batman since 2009 by Dr. Gül Pulhan and Dr. Stuart Blaylock. The activities are conducted by the Katman Culture and Tourism Directorate's Museum Directorate within the framework of the Ilısu Dam HES project.
