A village of Japanese immigrants is destroyed by a group of Ninja. These Ninja were controlled by a Grand Master who sold his talent to the highest bidder. Once a contract was taken, only death could stop these well trained killing machines. Three children were known to survive the massacre. One is living as a beggar, when in reality, he is a Master Ninja himself. One is a blind fortune teller and one has a son named Tiger, who is studying under the beggar to become a Ninja. Some forty years has past and the Grand Master is still seeking the identity of a child born to the village Princess. He will stop at nothing to fulfill his deadly contract. (First part of a longer version of the film Ninja Kids split into 3 films)

In this action-packed conclusion to the story, Tiger has carried on despite the loss of "Master", his trainer and mentor, and has continued his preparations with associates of "Master". Tiger has also found an ally in the sister of one of The Grand Master's associates.

In this feature, we see the continuing adventures of Tiger and "Master" as they battle the evil forces of The Grand Master. "Master" has been training Tiger long and hard for the fight against the invaders from Japan and has finally revealed the secrets behind his origin and the ties to the Grand Master. Armed with this knowledge and his new-found skills, Tiger must set out to defeat the forces of The Grand Master once and for all.

A King Boxer named Chow (Meng Fei) visits a friend in Thailand. She introduces him to her boyfriend, who's a Thai boxer. Chow saves the Thai boxer from some thugs and the two become friends. Chow teaches him the knife style. Meanwhile back in China, Chow's brother and sister look after his kung fu school. A Japanese martial artist (Kurata) visits the school looking for Chow. Kurata fights and beats his brother instead and develops strong liking for Chow's sister. Chow returns to China and has to defend his school's honor against Kurata.

Yan is a bank employee who is strict and prudent at doing things. But he is really considered as a weirdo by colleagues. The bank is selected as the place that takes part in a bank robbery and annihilation maneuver, and Yan applies to act as the robber.
