Set in Brixton, South London, and shot using a cast of new and non-actors, "Top Girl" is a coming of age tale about fearless 15-year-old Donna and her best friend Felicia, who set off on a mission to find Legz, a 20 year old with a recording studio in the bedroom of his mom's apartment. The idea is for Donna to MC on a track, but events, as you'd expect, don't go as to planned.

We Do What We Can is a film that looks at one of the miracles in the journey of diaspora Africans. It follows two twenty-something newlywed immigrants who have a child when they don't have much of a place to live. The film follows the couple as they reflect on their ambitions, while striving to make a way - both for themselves and for their offspring - to be all that they see themselves to be.

Marcie and Mickey Haines are 16-year-old athletic twins. They're inseparable, leaving their mother, Leonore, feeling excluded.
