Jay is pulled back into a lifestyle he no longer wants to live shortly after moving to a new city. After a business associate unknowingly brings an undercover into their operation, Jay resorts to unfamiliar tactics that come at a cost to everyone.

Two detectives, Hart and Johnson, work alongside local hustler Tae & G. They have similar personalities, but work on opposite sides of the law. While working to take down HeavyHand, a local kingpin, Hart finds himself at the mercy of another known gangster, and find himself working with Tae & G to bring them down.

Lake and Bobby are cousins who have been hustling since teenagers working for Jay, Bobby's plug. However, Bobby meets a girl and decides to clean up his life to pursue his passion as a photographer. This begins the feud.
