A musical movie about an uncompromising struggle against the construction of a new road through a beautiful orchard located on the territory of a kindergarten. The heroes of the movie are on opposite sides of the barricades in the battle against rampant bureaucracy for the rights of children.

The fire department is preparing for the New Year. Three activists of amateur performances decide to kidnap professional artists for a New Year's concert. A police captain investigates the kidnapping and listens to complaints from the “unkidnapped” artists.
