Hynek Michánek wants to study medicine but fails his entrance exams five times. He starts a job as an orderly in a district hospital where one of the doctors on the examining board works as well. He feels no-one takes him seriously and he loathes the doctors, who treat him with disdain. When an old man begs him to end his pain and suffering by helping him to die, Hynek gives him a "liberating" injection. But now he has done it once, he finds he can't stop. He continues killing other patients, even though he knows he can't get away with it for long.

Legend has it: once upon a time, in a tribe ruled by a wise vladyka, there lived two young men, Rastislav and Ctirad. Both of them loved the daughter of the vladyk, Milica. And she loved Rastislav. So the old vladyka decided to give her in marriage to the one of them who would bring him the skin of a white deer, which would guarantee him eternal youth. And so the young men set out to hunt. And indeed, they soon succeed in catching the deer, but it is protected by a miraculous falcon, which Ctirad slaughters. Only the falcon is actually Kovlad himself, the lord of the Copper Mountain, which hides immense treasures within itself. Because his leg is injured, he cannot return to his kingdom. Rastislav will help him, however, even at the cost of Ctibor returning to the tribe before he does and bidding for Milica's hand. Of course, Kovlad will repay him for his help with a gift of immense value. She gives him a steel sword that will make him the most valiant warrior.

This satirical comedy gives a grotesque portrayal of social absurdities during the 1905 revolution in Russia. Somewhere in a remote province, the governor and the revolutionaries switch roles in order to pursue their selfish interests and conceal some serious "butter on their heads". Love affairs, fake assassination, lying as a way of existence, abuse of position, corruption and intrigue of the powerful - does this remind you of anything? A popular band called Rabaka, portrayed by members of Elán (Jožo Ráž and Jano Baláž), faces internal conflicts leading to their breakup. Set against the backstage of the music scene, the film follows their struggles with fame, personal tensions, and creative differences. After time apart, the former bandmates confront past grievances and rediscover their passion for performance, ultimately deciding to reunite and return to the concert stage.

Not so long ago, untamed nature stretched across Europe. Today, only a few such places remain. One of them is the mysterious Silent Valley in the High Tatras in Slovakia. Remote gorges and enchanting forests are home to about forty bears, who live here freely and without any conflict with humans. Two young filmmakers were inspired by these magnificent creatures, known as the guardians of the wilderness, and captured their lives on film. In doing so, they reveal the fleeting world of untamed wilderness, in which humans are mere observers.

The story tells about a girl who was poor, but on the other hand so good and hardworking that she received a special gift from fate. A spinning wheel on which she could spin golden threads. And there was a count who liked her, but he liked the gold she brought with her to his house even better. And because he was greedy and wanted more and more gold, he decided that he too would weave the threads, even if his fingers were to fall off. And so he wove and wove, forgetting all that was good and beautiful around him. The girl, his friends, the whole world. But until then, the golden threads are woven, until the yarn breaks and fate says enough...
