One evening, in the company of his friends, the bachelor Stas for the sake of entertainment called the number, the numbers of which were called by his friends, putting a comic condition: “If a woman answers, you marry her.” A really pleasant female voice responded. Stas didn't dare to admit his company in this, again wanted to hear it, but couldn't remember the phone number. Then he asked everyone to remember their number. Having got acquainted with Lyudmila, Stas realizes that she is the woman of his dreams.

1918 year. A woman commissar has been appointed from the Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party to the Russian warship Gromoboi, which is ruled by anarchist sailors. The leader of the ship is the anarchist Vozhak. The Commissioner was instructed to reorganize the naval detachment into the First Sailor Regiment. They are looking for an excuse for further meetings, but he always finds a reason to not to meet with the woman who is many years younger than him and with whom he has fallen in love with. Natasha understands too that she loves this man, but Gushchin leaves, and not daring to associate with her fate. In the end he leaves and only returns to Leningrad nine years later and then he tries to find Natasha again.

She enters the dreamy bubble that is called filmmaking. The film was commissioned by the Research Film and Photo Institute.
