The film tells the story of two lovers who love each other very much. Selma, a young intern, participates in a major trial. As a result of a small mistake she makes, the course of the trial changes and the defendant, Ömer Atalay, is acquitted. An investigation is launched into Selma. The inspector sent to investigate, Fikret, and Selma begin to grow closer, and their relationship develops into a great love. However, there is a major obstacle in the way of their love. Fikret is married to another woman. He wants to divorce her and marry Selma. The two lovers are forced to wait for this process to unfold. During this time, unexpected events will separate the two lovers.

Mrs. Selma returns to Istanbul after a while. A few days later, Ayşe's exam results arrive. Her father tears up the results. Upon this, Ayşe runs away from home and goes to Recep's hotel. However, Ayşe's arrival at the hotel will change the lives of both Ayşe and Zehra.
