Pianist Leif Ove Andsnes and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra present the epilogue to their “Mozart Momentum” project in the Austrian composer's hometown.

A dream has come true for Yuja Wang: for the first time, she is more than “just” the star soloist—from the piano, she conducts the Mahler Chamber Orchestra in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein. In George Gershwin's popular and jazzy Rhapsody in Blue, she shines alongside solo clarinetist Jaan Bossier.

Wagner’s sixth opera, “Lohengrin,” tells the medieval legend of the Knight of the Swan: the knight Lohengrin is sent to protect Duchess Elsa of Brabant, who has been unjustly accused of murder. Johannes Erath directs the production, and Joana Mallwitz conducts the orchestra. Piotr Beczała plays the title role. Rachel Willis-Sørensen plays Elsa of Brabant.
