It narrates the lives of Halo and the Universe, who have had to spend several days living with one of their old college friends, Hamid and his wife, Saba, during which they find out about one another.

The short film Tribune is the most heartfelt film I've ever made. A wonderful experience with a first-class teamwork. The only movie whose screenplay was written by someone other than myself. Thank you to Adel Tabrizi, who gave me his screenplay that year, and thank you to Saba Ghasemi, who brought us all together as a producer to create an interesting experience for all of us.

Akram and Azar two sister lie about the disappearance of their brother by telling everyone he has fled to Germany. In time this "lie" takes a life of its own and leads everyone to dark and mysterious places.

Saeed is a forty-year-old mason, severe and fanatical in his religious beliefs. One day his wife is accosted by a driver who assumes she is a prostitute. Seething with rage, Saeed seeks revenge. In so doing he gets into various bruising encounters, and each time comes out the worse. He then goes on to see women, and especially prostitutes, as the root of all evil and decides to rid society of sin by eliminating whores. The prostitutes he eliminates are, however, merely destitute women forced to sell their bodies in order to feed their children.

An actor has been stuck in one of their roles for some time and is unable to separate themselves from it. The actor’s professional and personal life is affected by this role, and they can no longer distinguish between who they are and the character they play. They see eliminating themselves as the only way out of this crisis. Winner of the statuette and honorary diploma for Best Play in the playwriting section of the 38th Fajr International Theater Festival in 2019.
