Münir Özkul (15 August 1925 – 5 January 2018) was a Turkish cinema and theatre actor. He has been awarded the title of "State Artist of Turkey" He completed his formal education at İstanbul Erkek Lisesi. Özkul starting his acting career at Bakırköy Halkevi theatre. Later he worked at Ankara State theatre and İstanbul Şehir theatre. He became famous after his role in Muhsin Ertuğrul's Fareler ve İnsanlar. From the 1950s onwards, he acted mostly in cinema. During the 1970s, he appeared in many films of the director Ertem Eğilmez like Hababam Sınıfı, Şabanoğlu Şaban, Mavi Boncuk, Banker Bilo, Namuslu. Many of these films paired him with the actress Adile Naşit. Other films include Edi ile Büdü, Halıcı Kız, Kalbimin Şarkısı, Miras Uğruna, Balıkçı Güzeli, Neşeli Günler, Gülen Yüzler, Gırgıriye, Görgüsüzler, Mavi Boncuk, Bizim Aile, Aile Şerefi. In the 1980s, he acted in some television series such as Uzaylı Zekiye, Ana Kuzusu ve Şaban ile Şirin. He has acted in a total of more than 400 films and theatre plays. Münir Özkul has married four times and he has three children. His second wife was actress Suna Selen. In 1998, he was awarded the title of "State Artist of Turkey" by the Turkish Ministry of Culture. The film tells the story of what happens to Çulsuz Ali, who takes the place of Beyefendi, who looks very much like him. Beyefendi has a very large debt at the casino. In order to pay off this debt, he needs to get his hands on the inheritance left to him by his uncle. However, his uncle's will is missing. The creditors, who are aware of all this, are waiting for the gentleman to find the will. Çulsuz Ali is a wrestler. Believing he has lost his former agility, he gives up wrestling and comes to Istanbul. While fleeing his creditors, the gentleman encounters Çulsuz Ali, who bears a striking resemblance to him. The gentleman, wearing Çulsuz Ali's clothes, dies in a traffic accident. Çulsuz Ali will take the gentleman's place.

Lazy, uneducated male students mostly coming from money, share a very close band. They live together in the dormitory of this private highschool, where they daily plan their latest pranks on teachers or the other classes. Because of the financial crisis, the headmaster agrees to enroll female students. As the new students try to fit in, a struggle between both parties start, trying to prank the other part away. The prank war continues until PE-Teacher decides to take the class out on a trip for a becoming scouts.

A sincere and hardworking student joins the Chaos Class, but acceptance seems unlikely when he becomes the target of their pranks.

A young hapless couple's devotion for each other is tested through harsh times of war as they are forced to negate patriotism and dependability to their families and nations, for a length of a lifetime before during and after the war.



Polat is a young man beloved by the entire town. Bahar, the daughter of Deli Ömer, returns to the town after many years to be with her father. Bahar and Polat fall in love. Polat asks Bahar's father for her hand in marriage. However, Ömer has already promised his daughter to Sami, the son of Rasim, the richest man in town. Polat is looked down upon because he is poor. Unable to bear this pain, he sets out to sea to commit suicide. When Ömer learns that Bahar is pregnant with Polat's child, he agrees to give his daughter away. However, the lovers' reunion depends on miracles.

A young and beautiful female teacher starts working in an all boys high school.

After they find buried treasure, four hapless brothers from the countryside discover that changing their fortunes will take more than gold.
