Luis Huizar is a Mexican-American filmmaker, producer, and actor based in California. He co-founded Producciones Huizar in 2005 alongside his wife, actress and producer Vianey Huizar. For over two decades, he has been involved in the development and production of independent Mexican action and drama films. Born in Mountain View, California, and raised in San Jose, Huizar developed a deep appreciation for Mexican cinema and storytelling from an early age. His work focuses primarily on action-driven narratives centered on themes of loyalty, justice, betrayal, and moral consequences. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with a consistent production team, working across multiple roles including producer, actor, and creative developer. His films are distributed primarily through digital platforms, reaching audiences in the United States and Latin America. Huizar continues to produce independent feature films while maintaining a hands-on approach to development, production logistics, and distribution strategy.
