A father takes his daughter and new younger girl friend to a creepy circus for a night of fun. But not all it seems as the circus workers have other plans in store.

In a post-industrial port town that has long since seen the back of economic prosperity, car-jacker Rob does his best to care for his dying father. When a job goes terribly wrong, it threatens to destroy their already fragile relationship.
