The experiences of a man who takes revenge on his boss who stole his invention.
Ahmet, who was arrested some time ago for a political crime, has been unable to escape the effects of those painful days. Except for his girlfriend Neşe, he views everyone and everything with suspicion and lives in a state of strange fear. He cannot share all his fears with his wife Ayşe because there is a fundamental incompatibility in their relationship. Moreover, he is constantly accused by his wife.
The film tells the story of Yavuz Sultan Selim, who went on a campaign to the East after ascending the throne. Grand Vizier Ali Pasha wants Prince Ahmet to succeed Sultan Bayezid II. Prince Selim, who objects to this situation, sets off for Istanbul. With the support of the Janissaries and those in the palace, he ascends the throne. He has the other princes who covet the throne killed and turns his attention to Shah Ismail, who is causing trouble in the east of the country. Selim sends his men ahead to gather information and begins preparations for his campaign against Iran.

Sabahat spends her days doing housework, taking care of her mischievous child, and dealing with her grumpy mother-in-law. Cemal, who returns home exhausted from work, struggles with Sabahat's complaints every night. Arguments between them become increasingly frequent. Mualla, their neighbor who has been in love with Cemal for years, takes advantage of this tense atmosphere. When Cemal kicks Sabahat out of the house after an argument, Mualla sees this as an opportunity to put her plan into action.
