1972. Kenji Ebisawa, a martial arts boy who wished to become stronger, could not enter the runaway tribe. That man is a former Organized Crime Division detective (Hakuryu), whose wife and child were brutally murdered. His life destroyed by the yakuza, he now lives for only one thing—revenge. With a single purpose burning inside him, he throws himself straight into a hail of bullets.

A year later, a woman named Nami, looking exactly like Yumi, comes along in front of Seiji who’s frantically looked for her. But adding to the mystery even more is the presence of a strange woman named Luna, who’s always by Nami’s side.

Haunted by a past he doesn’t want to face, Kazan continues his reckless pursuit of evil. One day, his only true partner, veteran detective Utagawa (Hitoshi Ozawa), dies in an accident. Left alone, the man who shared no bonds with anyone finds unexpected understanding with an old-school yakuza boss. As Kazan digs deeper into Utagawa’s death and the truth behind an unsolved gang boss murder, he finds himself stripped of his badge, cast out like a man already ruined. With nothing left to lose, this disgraced detective begins a desperate path of vengeance.
