The man has returned to his old town: Jin Kaito (Lo Kwon), known as “Jin the Gigolo”. “Make every woman happy” is Jin’s motto. In his hands, any woman melts into ecstasy, led to heavenly heights of pleasure she’s never known. Waiting for this love-and-peace-driven man is his old yakuza acquaintance, Minoh (Kenichi Endō). The boss’s daughter, Maki (Koharu Tono), has been kidnapped by a rival gang, and Minoh begs the newly returned Jin for help, which he immediately refuses, but when it’s revealed that he had slept with Maki just before the abduction, things spiral out of control. Now, Jin is dragged into a full-blown rescue operation!

Dragged into a yakuza conflict, Jin (Lo Kwon) is forced to team up with Minoh (Kenichi Endo), the head of the Gōtotsu-gumi (Kazuhiro Nakahara), to rescue Maki (Koharu Tono), the kidnapped daughter of their boss. Frustrated by the lack of clues, Minoh storms the rival group Okimoto Kōgyō with his underlings. Maki is nowhere to be found, only the mutilated body of the Okimoto chairman remains. Meanwhile, drugs begin to circulate in the Gōtotsu-gumi’s territory, where narcotics are strictly forbidden. Upon uncovering the evil lurking in the shadows, Jin and Minoh charge into a deadly showdown! What is the true motive behind Maki’s abduction? And who will survive the coming storm?

Tokyo’s Valentine Call is a special kind of phone club. Older salarymen pay to wait for calls from teenage girls, discreet meetings are arranged, and handfuls of yen are exchanged for a quick session of enjo kosai, or paid sex with a high school girl. Plenty of girls are doing it—some to make money for fancy, fashionable clothes and accessories, others to set a trap to rob and brutalize the old perverts. But the Valentine Call staff, horny young Ogisu and the vaguely sinister, makeup-coated Mr. Kuni, have a nasty plan of their own. Listening in on the enjo kosai calls, they conspire to trick the girls into giving them free sex. Mr. Kuni even has a twisted concept behind this scheme. He calls it enboku, his campaign to humiliate the teenage girls, drive them away from prostitution and purify Japan.
