Kim Davis Jr. was born in Goshen, New York and raised in Harriman, New York, to Danielle Thomas and Kim Davis Sr., both of whom were NYPD Sergeants. Following his parents' divorce in 2011, he relocated to the Austin, TX with his mother, where he continued his primary education and interests in the arts. He studied Electronic Media and Mass Communications at Texas State University, where he completed internships at HBO, Focus Features, Working Title Films, and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
