Ken Wong Hap-Hei (Chinese: 王合喜) is a Hong Kong actor. He is a former Hong Kong Olympic windsurfing team athlete, later turned into a skater and wavesurfer coach.

The Sergeant of the Hong Kong Police Force, Michael, is assigned to investigate an international finance company. It is involved in many cases of money-laundry by an international gang, and his former colleague may also be involved in them.

A romantic comedy, the film is about Siu Min, a Budweiser girl who takes pity on Michael (Daniel), an ethnic Chinese restaurateur from France drinking away his misfortune because his food is too sophisticated for (and thus unpopular with) the working class neighborhood in which both work. Unsatisfied with spending her days as a beer girl, the ambitious Siu Min becomes Michael's partner in the restaurant business, and eventually falls in love with him. Michael, however, must reconcile his dream of traveling the world with his other dream of running a successful restaurant.

Fai is a 39-year old lighting electrician. Realising his fault, Fai sets out to contact himself from 20 years ago to clear up the misunderstanding and maybe even save Ming Mei from the landslide and change the course of his eventual unhappy marriage.
