A futuristic war film based on the Halo franchise, Dawn Under Heaven takes place during the fall of planet Reach by the Covenant armada in the year 2552. It’s a story about friendship, hope, and sacrifice in the face of overwhelming odds. The project began in Lee Anderson’s garage in the summer of 2010 during the emerging era of Halo cosplay, YouTube culture, and affordable digital filmmaking tools. At the time there was a surprising lack of live-action Halo storytelling, which drove us (and many other fan films) to build our own piece of the Halo universe.

Two brothers, a prominent and respected doctor, and an international gun for hire turned businessman, form an ambitious partnership and reconnect after their last job in Southeast Asia.

A small Midwestern town is turned upside down as its local sheriff finds himself hunting for a missing young man. The young mans wife is at the mercy of her community and its law enforcement to help her find him and in the process it seems the body count is rising throughout the hunt. The young man finds himself in a state of amnesia and can't recall who he is and how he got where he is. As he tries to discover his own identity he discovers strange things are happening to him and he can not control an evil that seems to be growing ever so rapidly inside him. As the horror that has hit this quiet little community has grown into something that even the sheriff and his people can't seem to stop - the terror seems to be leaving nothing but death in its wake.

Thomas Bach is on top of his game. A popular right-wing radio talk-show host and a hero of the Tea Party Movement, he is hand picked to run for the U.S. Senate. But first he must fly to Los Angeles and clean up some dirty laundry that might damage his campaign. A victim of an attack, Thomas wakes up on the streets of Los Angeles without his memory. He is also unaware that he is a diabetic. He now wanders Skid Row, inevitably blending in with the homeless population, and without medication, his life is at risk.
