Forty-five years after their debut, beloved rock band Southern All Stars holds a four-day concert in singer Keisuke Kuwata's hometown of Chigasaki.
The first theatrical release, titled Bonobono, opened in theaters on 1993-11-13. The film has since been broadcast on domestic television in Japan, including on broadcast satellite channels such as NHK BS-2. The film has been released on VHS and DVD in Japan, including in a "no cut" edition.
When Mikio Natsuno obtains a residency certificate, he is stunned to find the name of a woman he has never met listed as his wife. Apparently, he has been "married" for six months without knowing it. Who on earth is the stranger who decided to become his wife? After a frantic search, Mikio finally discovers her—an eccentric young woman with a striking personality who simply says, "I thought I could keep myself together if I were at least married," offering no further explanation. And so, their uneven, unpredictable relationship slowly begins to take shape.

As the freight company which owns the truck becomes the target of the public and the media’s wrath, Tokuro Akamatsu, the president of the freight company, realizes that a structural defect within the truck itself may have been to blame. A conspiracy of the wheel manufacturer's attempts to cover up a defective product is uncovered.
