Musical band "Yajima Biyoshitsu" comes to Japan from Nevada, USA to debut their CD.
Miho, a high school student, refuses to approve of her widowed mother’s potential husband when they meet each other at a restaurant. As she flounces out of the restaurant, she drops her cell phone. At the moment there is an earthquake and she drops her cell phone down a staircase. The phone is found by Tokijiro, a boy that lives in 1912.
A pair of parking guards, Makoto and Shige, they are dispatched from a private company and are employed by the country as public servants. They crack down on illegal parking relentlessly, and because of their appearance, they are called “Euglena,” green tiny organism. Makoto, a straight arrow, strictly clamps down all the unlawful parking cars, but Shige, a loose cannon, pardons girls who park illegally. These two people receive a business request at a downtown area in the middle of the night because they’ll get more money than doing in the daytime. However, night-time working becomes totally different then usual.
The special is set 3 years prior to the drama series, with the story being related to a murder case that was partly referenced in the original show. Detective Kusanagi is looking to solve a murder mystery, and he gets back in touch with his former badminton teammate, the brilliant professor Yukawa Manabu.

Motoki Takashi has helmed the series since the third film. Kinugasa High School top dog Monji (Sano Kazuya) fails to find a successor and gets held back twice. Yuto (Kubota Masataka), who used to exchange blows with Monji, finds employment but gets fired due to his poor academic skills. Painfully aware of the importance of studying, Yuto transfers into the evening class at Kinugasa High School without knowing that Monji is there.
Monji is finally back at Kinugasa, and finds out that his school has been shut down. Along with some of his fellow classmates, they try to regain their reputation, and discover a website called “Fuckbook”; a website where all schools are ranked by their strength and power.

Along with his acquaintance Kokoa, he enrolls in night classes at Kinugasa High. Although, he is unaware of the fact that this school is the former home of the infamous “Black Skull Gang”, headed by none other than Monji Mori...

The invincible Yanki (Japanese delinquent), Monji Mori, leader of the Black Skull Gang, has been released from juvenile prison. Meanwhile, other infamous Yanki, Hayato, has a run-in with the local Yakuza. He barely escapes thanks to a guy who claims to be from the Gold Skull biker gang. Hayato gets caught in the middle as the two Skulls clash in a turf war of the ages.
