Kemal, unaware that his father is a mafia boss, sells cotton candy at train stations. After his father is killed, his inheritance is divided. Kemal begins visiting the establishments of Istanbul's most notorious thugs one by one to reclaim his father's inheritance, and gradually gains a reputation.

Because of the huge heritage, some attempt to kill an innocent baby. Involved in the plot, Ayşe (Hülya Asan) flees with the child for safety and her path crosses that of a young man (Ahmet Mekin)...

The sequel to the 1968 film Urfa-Istanbul. This time film depicts Ahmet and Ayse's adventure after their arrival in Istanbul.
