Hunting down the murderer of their families in an anarchic Berlin of the near future, the outlaws Tan and Javid find themselves trapped in the wicked fairytale of a mysterious screenplay that entangles them in a vicious circle of revenge – apparently all written by a clueless dentist.
Hazal is 17 and lives in Berlin. Her biggest wish: to be given a chance. For her 18th birthday she wants to escape the everyday grind and party with her friends. But an incident changes everything. Hazal is forced to flee.

Driven by specters of his past, the chemist David Endresz works on developing a new drug called NatAct, which is supposed to heal a variety of psychological disorders. Gradually his doubts concerning the drug’s effectivness increase, but his boss, Viktor Kanzler, wants to redeem his father’s business by launching the product before approval. Journalists Miriam Seifert and Stella Wagner plan to expose the scandal about the drug and try to thwart Viktor Kanzler’s questionable intentions. Nevertheless a more and more torn David tests the drug on an unknown experimentee in front of investors and the press. Suddenly forces stronger than any individual’s intention take over and show how fate has connected everyone in the past.
Police officer Martin encounters his ex-girlfriend Eva in a bar. Their initial small talk quickly turns serious, and the protagonist's search becomes clear: But he won't find an answer there or with his current girlfriend. In the glow of the neon lights, he drives angrily through the lonely winter night. After narrowly escaping an accident, he ends up in a brothel. But reality soon catches up with him again.
