Aspired to be an actress for as long as she can remember. Began acting in the sixth grade of elementary school, admiring Reiko Takashima and Akiko Yada. In 2010, she appeared as Anne of Green Gables in the musical Anne of Green Gables - Letters from Anne. In 2012, she won the Grand Prize with Miko Sakakibara in the 1st CM Virtual Audition organized by CM NOW. In 2013, she played a deaf girl in her first film. In 2017, she made a guest appearance in Geki drama 9 Kizoku Tantei (2017). In 2018, she was selected as a lead voice actress for the animated movie Penguin Highway (2018), written by Tomihiko Morimi. She says that working as a voice actress was her "dream" and that she did a lot of research for this film by going to visit the class of her younger sister, who is in the same fourth grade as her character. In 2019 she stars in both parts of the horror film Black Maiden: Chapter Q (2019) and Black Maiden: Chapter A (2019). In recent years she has appeared in various television dramas such as Koisenu Futari (2022) or Konya wa Konoji de (2020). She has studied ballet since the age of three. Her special skill is mime. Her hobbies are shopping and solo karaoke, and she often sings songs by Yasuko Omori. He admires the actress Chizuru Ikewaki and says of her, "I thought her natural, everyday way of delivering dialogue was amazing. I want to be an actress with this kind of register." She mentions Spirited Away (2001) as the first film that impressed her, and says that at the time she remembered every line.

A young man who suffers from guilt related to his adored sister's death encounters her ghost in a haunted tunnel. He makes repeated visits to the tunnel and re-experiences the past.

Yumiko Haruno works as a waitress at a cafe that has been around for a long time. She spends her days aimlessly and without a dream for her future. On an ordinary day at her job, Yumiko notices middle aged man Ichirou Haga looking intently at shunga (Japanese erotic paintings that were popular during the Edo period). He suddenly talks to her and asks her what shunga is to her. Yumiko becomes interested in the eccentric shunga researcher and he invites her to visit his home to learn more. After his wife passed away, Ichirou has lived a reclusive life and concentrated solely on his study of shunga. Yumiko visits his home and begins to take shunga lessons from him.

A 100-year-old resident of a Lake Biwa nursing home dies mysteriously. Did a respirator keeping him alive suddenly malfunction, or was he murdered? A young detective on the case meets a female caregiver. The investigation runs into a dead end, but the two fall into a passionate but forbidden relationship. Terrifying memories emerge from the vast, deep lake to ensnare the detectives on the case, the caregivers, and a reporter trying to uncover a hidden past.

A fourth-grader investigates the mysterious reason behind the sudden appearance of penguins in his village, which is somehow related to a power from a young woman working at a dental clinic.

Orphan girl Mei is adopted by a wealthy family and receives the ticket out of the orphanage. The girl finds herself with a sister who has arrived at the family under similar circumstances. They bond and become close. Things take a turn for the worse, however, when the family's fortunes take a nosedive allowing the family to keep no more than one of the girls. That means someone has to trod back to the orphanage. Well, neither is volunteering.

Mei lives in an orphanage, but she is adopted by the wealthy and kind Uda family. The family already has an adopted daughter Rana. While Rana seems weird, Mei and Rana find that they have a lot in common and become like real sisters. The girls then learn that the Uda family's business has collapsed and they can only keep one of the daughters. One of the girls will be returned to the orphanage in a week. Revenge is soon planned.

Set in an apartment building where many people are rumored to disappear one after another, the story begins when Maruko, a young delivery worker, accidentally discovers the secret of a suspicious resident. He and his older colleague Arakawa, who is an aspiring novelist, try to discover the resident's true identity. But in the end, the two got into an unexpected big incident.


Haruki has lived with a deaf girl, Nao, treating her like a sister. Haruki didn't open his heart to anybody except Nao, but he became absorbed in the music. As his world expands, Nao begins to feel the distance.
