A hearing-impaired child, very observant and curious, discovers the world differently every day. While enjoying a walk in the park with her mother, she begins to feel that the world vibrates at different frequencies, and a local musician who is frustrated with his career, understands that his capacity for impact with music is greater than he imagined.
