Sent to Mexico to help take care of aging Father Benito, young Father Amaro faces a moral challenge when he meets a 16-year-old girl who he starts an affair with. Likewise, the girl's mother had been having an affair with Father Benito. Father Amaro must choose between a holy or sinful life.

Manolo has decided to end his life and needs assistance. He has convinced Esmeralda, the caretaker of his hacienda, under the promise of leaving her the resources she needs to go live with her daughter and granddaughter in Baltimore. She only has one condition. She will not do anything unless Father Pablo vows to hear her confession after the act. The final years of Jose Maria Morelos y Pavon (1812-1815), leader in the Mexican war for independence who, after outsmarting Calleja´s blocade in Cuautla, reorganized his troops and took the city of Oaxaca. However, with more than half the territory of Mexico in his hands, Morelos was determined to take the port of Acapulco while the royalist troops gained ground. It shows the relationship of Morelos with his lieutenants, his efforts to create institutions of his own and a disciplined army to confront the royalist troops. The film captures the two inseparable facets of the life of this Mexican hero: his contradictions and his passions.

Los Internationals is a more serious Latino take on the Expendables and the A-Team, that will feature a team of all Spanish speaking characters who represent different parts of South America and the Caribbean. The film will be fun and have lots of heart but will also take a closer look at real violence in our society and the glorification of it in video games; comparing the two to show the vast contrast and its true impact on our children.
