Jordi Roca i Fontané is a Spanish Chef, Pastry chef of the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. In 2014, he won the inaugural " World's est Pastry Chef" award from Restaurant magazine. In 2009, the restaurant got the third Michelin star.
The Roca brothers, co-owners of one of the world's best restaurants, made the decision to close their restaurant for five weeks to tour six cities in four different countries with the entire kitchen and dining room staff.
